Participants will be guided, tutored and assisted how to implement mindfulness techniques
and methods in their life and work implying step-by step approach by motivated course
educators.
Course Timeline
Day 1
- The course introduction:
- Course programme overview and guidance,
practical arrangements, course aims, objectives,
expectations - Participants’ presentations of their schools
- Introduction to mindfulness techniques-guided
practical work - Workshop “Body and Mind Aligned”
- Peer assessment of individual, pair/group work
- Round-up of completed activities and hands-on
experience
Day 2
- Focusing on mental and teaching ow-methods
and techniques - Reinforcing concentration-methods and techniques
- Key stages of teacher’s balancing
- Peer assessment of individual work
- Round-up of completed activities and hands-on
experience
Day 3
- Mindfulness in outdoor setting-field class
- The use of Greek & Roman philosophy as a tool
to understand the essence of well-being - The use of a context of Mediterranean culture
and heritage to improve well-being - The implementation of cultural heritage
- Round-up of completed activities and hands-on
experience
Day 4
- Implementation of mindfulness to develop
teaching strategies in outdoor setting-field class - Workshop “When senses make sense!”- the use
of cultural heritage of Split - Training how to be fully present in learning
- The implementation of cultural heritage
- Round-up of completed activities and hands-on
experience
Day 5
- Developing productive expression and skills
- The implementation of learned mindfulness
techniques and methods in creating - Creative form of acquired mindfulness techniques
and methods - Creating final piece of work based on enriched
mindfulness - Peer assessment of individual work
- Round-up of completed activities and hands-on
experience
Day 6
- Round-up of learning outcomes: reflection,
discussion and self-assessment - Review of the course: evaluation and feedback

Course Details & General Information
This course aims to help Erasmus+ beneficiaries to be more independent in choosing
creative teaching techniques to make their students’ performances more successful and
more balanced as well to be more aware of their own personal and professional self-
strength.
Participants learn how to creatively make their own teaching material adjust to their
students’ needs based on the skills they develop during the course.
All types of working approaches are included: individual, pair and group, and a field class
with the additional value of the meaningful cultural heritage implementation that is
required to accomplish cross-curricular expectations.
Note:
The course programme and schedule can be changed, because minor changes are possible
due to the organizational requirements and trainers’ disposal.
Classes are organized in the morning or in the afternoon depending on the organizational
requirements and trainers’ disposal.

Explore The Learning Outcomes of This Course
Our Erasmus+ course spans a total of 5 days, meticulously structured to maximize both learning and exploration.
After a lunch break, the afternoon session from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM focuses on practical activities, allowing you to apply new skills in real-world scenarios.
Each day begins at 9:00 AM with a thematic lecture followed by interactive workshops until noon.
The day concludes with free time from 3:00 PM onwards for personal exploration or relaxation in the picturesque city of Split.
