Course Details & General Information
This course bridges long-term school development planning with the daily practices that build inclusive and sustainable school culture.Â
During the course, participants will acquire knowledge, skills and competencies through a well-balanced portion of theoretical parts and mini lessons with various practical workshops, using functional tools that the lead educator will teach participants to use in order to boost and successfully apply gained course knowledge at their schools.Â
The course participants will learn to lead with purpose, get to wishing vision by action and design inclusive strategies that balance educational excellence, environmental ethics and social justice.Â
With a focus on inclusion, ecojustice and equity, the course participants will explore how to lead school development through collaborative planning, inclusive values and global citizenship.
During the course, participants will use CapCut and Canva to present their ideas and promote their teamwork.
After this course, the participants will be able to create their own more successful vision of the school and therefore create well-adjusted development plan to meet school needs adequately and achieve goals. They will be more comfortable with making their decisions and taking a step forward, creating more functional school atmosphere with stronger school teams and projects leaderships, motivating school staff members’ self-initiative.

Our Erasmus+ course spans a total of 5 days, meticulously structured to maximize both learning and exploration.
After a lunch break, the afternoon session from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM focuses on practical activities, allowing you to apply new skills in real-world scenarios.Â
Each day begins at 9:00 AM with a thematic lecture followed by interactive workshops until noon.
The day concludes with free time from 3:00 PM onwards for personal exploration or relaxation in the picturesque city of Split.
