There are a lot of challenging tasks and obstacles that teachers need to deal with, but the one which refers to transferring the love for learning and knowledge is quite difficult one.Â
It requires a high level of teachers’ motivation, which is the basis of every successful teaching plan and lesson. Motivation leads to a constant development of teacher’s competencies and therefore it is common to think about which steps to take to improve professional practice.Â

Our Erasmus+ course spans a total of 5 days, meticulously structured to maximize both learning and exploration.
After a lunch break, the afternoon session from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM focuses on practical activities, allowing you to apply new skills in real-world scenarios.Â
Each day begins at 9:00 AM with a thematic lecture followed by interactive workshops until noon.
The day concludes with free time from 3:00 PM onwards for personal exploration or relaxation in the picturesque city of Split.
