- Focusing on idea generation and initial canvas
draft-discussion - Workshop-initial draft of participants’ Business
Canvas model - Pair work assessment: encouraging teamwork in

- Learning how to refine value proposition and
identify specific customer’s segments - Groups updating their Canvas to rediect a clearer
value proposition and define customer’s

- Field class-use of cultural heritage site in the
context of recognizing entrepreneurship potentials - Using the Business Canvas model in a real-world
setting - Creating products, services, or experiences that

- Field class-expanding possible business
options-refining the Business Canvas - Collaborative business activity inspired by the

Explore The Learning Outcomes of This Course
Our Erasmus+ course spans a total of 5 days, meticulously structured to maximize both learning and exploration.
After a lunch break, the afternoon session from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM focuses on practical activities, allowing you to apply new skills in real-world scenarios.
Each day begins at 9:00 AM with a thematic lecture followed by interactive workshops until noon.
The day concludes with free time from 3:00 PM onwards for personal exploration or relaxation in the picturesque city of Split.
